Come and build the sets with us
A small studio that turns down bookings rather than overloading the team. You get your name on the work you shoot, the equipment is ours rather than yours, and nobody is asked to photograph a distressed baby because the diary says so.
What the job is actually like
Written plainly, including the parts that are hard.
Credited work
Your name goes on what you shoot. Portfolio use is agreed in your contract, not negotiated afterwards.
Paid learning
Workshops, certification and conference costs covered, on paid time rather than your weekends.
Deliberately small
We turn down bookings rather than stretch the team. Fewer sessions, done properly.
Honest hours
Weddings and events mean weekends — so those come back as compensatory time off, taken rather than accrued.
Current openings
Send work rather than a CV where you have it. Every application gets a reply, including the ones that are a no.

Nothing here that fits?
Send us your work anyway. We keep applications on file for twelve months and come back to them when something opens — and you will get a reply either way.
What comes with the job
Short list, and every item on it is real.
How we hire
Four steps, and we pay you for the one that involves real work.
Portfolio review
2-3 daysSend work, not a CV. We look at what you have shot and reply either way — including when the answer is no.
A conversation
45 minHow you work, how you handle a session going wrong, what you want to be shooting in three years.
A paid trial shoot
Half a dayYou shoot a real session alongside the team, and you are paid for the day. Nobody works for free here, including candidates.
Offer
1-2 daysWithin 48 hours of the trial. If it is a no, you get a reason rather than silence.
