Your name goes on what you shoot. Portfolio use is agreed in your contract, not negotiated afterwards.

Workshops, certification and conference costs covered, on paid time rather than your weekends.

We turn down bookings rather than stretch the team. Fewer sessions, done properly.

Weddings and events mean weekends — so those come back as compensatory time off, taken rather than accrued.

How we hire

Four steps, and we pay you for the one that involves real work.

Portfolio review

2-3 days

Send work, not a CV. We look at what you have shot and reply either way — including when the answer is no.

A conversation

45 min

How you work, how you handle a session going wrong, what you want to be shooting in three years.

3

A paid trial shoot

Half a day

You shoot a real session alongside the team, and you are paid for the day. Nobody works for free here, including candidates.

4

Offer

1-2 days

Within 48 hours of the trial. If it is a no, you get a reason rather than silence.
